When used: When nodes are not updating, sending data to the main servers or new changes are propagating.

1. Logon to the trouble node via ssh from the mail2 server.

2. cd /home/vwpoint/viewPoint/var/dataUpdate/inbound/

3. To find and remove the trouble files do the following:

4. Try running ${VIEWPOINT}/checks/

5. Then re-run ${VIEWPOINT}/bin/rcvNetWatchData

The reason for the failure to load files is due to an update file with an error - it can't be loaded.

rcvNetWatchDataprocesses from the oldest file to the newest file, so the older file has to be moved out of the way.
